エコノマイザーの説明
機能
1. 低温排ガスの熱を吸収し、煙の排気温度を下げ、煙の損失を減らし、燃料を節約します。
2. 給水はエコノマイザーでドラムに入る前に加熱されるため、加熱面での給水の熱吸収が減少し、エコノマイザーは高コストの蒸発加熱面の一部を置き換えることができます。
3. 給水温度が上昇すると、壁面温度差が減少し、熱応力がそれに応じて減少し、蒸気ドラムの寿命が延びます。
