What is the main function of a Boiler Fin Tube?
The main function of a Boiler Fin Tube is to enhance heat transfer efficiency. By adding fins on the outer (or inner) surface of the base tube, it increases the heat exchange area between the tube and the flue gas (or heating medium), allowing more heat to be transferred to the water/steam in the tube, thus improving the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.

The spiral fin steel pipes currently used are mostly wound, high frequency welded and brazed spiral fin steel pipes.
The advantages of spiral fin steel pipes are as follows:
1. Long service life, is more than 20 years;
2. The surface of the fin is smooth, and it is not easy to produce ash accumulation, ash blocking and slagging.
3. It has good density, yield strength, tensile strength and wear resistance of metal structure.
4. The welding quality is high, so that it is not easy to cause unstable heat transfer performance because of fin loosening and falling off.
