ヘッダーは、一連の小さなパイプまたは導管から蒸気または水を収集し、分配します。これらは、配管システムと同じグレードの炭素鋼またはフェライト鋼で作られています。通常は突合せ溶接と曲げ加工が施される配管システムとは異なり、ヘッダーは直線です。
ヘッダーが耐えなければならない圧力と温度は、接続されているコンポーネントによって異なります。エコノマイザーまたは水壁パネルに接続されたヘッダーは、過熱器または再熱器に接続されたヘッダーよりも材料に対する要件が厳しくありません。
ヘッダーの温度と圧力に応じて、Vallourec は、88.9 mm から 406.4 mm までのサイズの T/P91 や T/P92 などの炭素鋼から高合金フェライト鋼までのチューブを供給しています。
